James Madison Univ.- Spanky McFarland, Head Baseball Coach

Coach Mac has been the head baseball coach at James Madison University for 10 years. Under his reign, the Dukes have won 2 CAA Championships and 22 players have been drafted professionally with 2 of those making it to the Major Leagues. He is a sought after speaker and has spoken at the American Baseball Coaches Association National Convention 5 times (including the 2007 convention), at 23 different states' High School Baseball Conventions and finally, internationally at the Slovakia National Baseball Clinic in 2005. Coach Mac is the author of "Coaching Pitchers" (Human Kinetics Publishers) which has sold close to 40,000 copies worldwide.
