Introduction
The Fall Exposure Baseball Camp
provides an excellent opportunity for high
school freshman, sophomores, juniors and
seniors to showcase their ability.
In addition,
players will receive instruction in all phases of
the game. It is designed for the serious baseball
player, who has the interest and desire to play
collegiate and /or professional baseball.
In keeping with the camp's philosophy of
individual improvement of the player, enrollment
is limited to small numbers to aide in the
individual instruction. Enroll early to ensure a
spot.
This camp will have a limited enrollment based on positions.
Note:
INF will play all infield positions in the games.
OF will play all outfield positions in the games.
Camp positions are limited to:
12 pitchers, 6 catchers, 10 Infielders and 8 Outfielders.
Detailed Camp Description
The Fall Exposure Baseball Camps are
led by the Seton Hall University Coaching
Staff. Coach Rob Sheppard has been at Seton
Hall for 17 years, four as the Head Coach. Phil
Cundari has been an assistant for 13 years and
is the team's pitching coach and recruiting coordinator.
Coach Mark Pappas who's primary duties are with the hitters
and infielders.
Tuition covers the entire cost of instruction, insurance
and camp tee shirt. Tuition does not include travel,
lodging or meals.
Players will need their own bat, glove, spikes,
sneakers for indoors, hat and catcher's must
bring their own gear.
Facilities
All camps take place at beautiful Owen T.
Carroll Field located in the heart of campus.
The field features a brand new turf surface as
well as state of the art lighting system.

Camp Check-in Information

Directions to Camp
From the Garden State Parkway (North or South)
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 145. Follow directions for
280 West.
From New Jersey Turnpike
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 15W. Follow directions for
280 West.
From 78 East (Local)
Take Exit 49B (Maplewood). Stay to the right off the exit. Make the
second right, which is a jug handle, and cross over Springfield
Avenue onto Valley Street. Take this street approximately 3 miles
to South Orange Avenue. Turn right and proceed 1 mile to the
University. Enter through the Farinella Gate on the right.
From 280 West
Take Exit 11B, Day Street/Essex Avenue, Orange. Off-ramp becomes
Freeway Drive West. Make a left at the second light onto
South Day Street (Joyce Carnegie Place). Make a left at the next
light onto Freeway Drive East. Turn right at the next light onto
South Center Street. (South Center Street becomes Centre Street.).
Follow it approximately 2 miles to the intersection of South Orange
Avenue and Centre Street. Enter the University through the
Farinella Gate across the intersection on South Orange Avenue.

Miscellaneous Information
About Mike Sheppard Sr.
The family owned and operated Hustler's
Baseball School was founded in 1974. It is the oldest
continuous Baseball School in the area.
Mike Sheppard Sr. paid his dues working youth
baseball, through high school, American Legion baseball
and for 31 seasons as head coach at Seton Hall
University with 998 wins. Coach Sheppard is the
winningest coach in Seton Hall University history and
ranks him high in the all time collegiate records. He is a
three-time Big East Coach of the Year, who led his team
to 27 post season Big East and NCAA tournament
appearances. Shep has tutored major leaguers
Craig Biggio, Rick Cerone, Charlie Puleo,
John Valentin, Mo Vaughn, John Morris,
Jason Grilli, Matt Morris and Dan Morogiello
and former Hustler's Baseball School and Seton Hall
Prep alumnus: Eric Duncan, Rick Porcello and
Joe Martinez to name a few. The key to Shep's
success has been a fundamental approach to the game of
baseball coupled with the Hustler's attitude.
