Rock Valley College Hitting Clinic - Session II

Introduction

The Rock Valley College Hitting Clinic is a clinic that will be on the development of each player's offensive abilities.

Topics for this Hitting Clinic will be PROPER SETUP/STANCE, STRIDE, SWING PATH and PITCH SELECTION. All will be demonstrated and discussed. Players will be broken down individually and coached through drill work.

Camp is designed for players aged 8-18 and will run from 3:00pm to 5:00pm each day. All players will be grouped according to age and ability.

Detailed Camp Description

The clinic is limited to first 30 players who register.

Equipment
Campers should bring their own bat and batting gloves. Campers may wear spikes or tennis/turf shoes.

Facilities
RVC is the proud home of one of the best baseball fields in the region. This will not only help represent Rock Valley College in a positive manner, but will greatly help with recruiting quality baseball players/student athletes from the Rockford area.

Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection".
We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date.
Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Camp Hotel / Dorm Information

This is not an "overnight" camp. Players traveling from out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.
