Introduction
The objective of the NTIS program is to identify, within two distinct age groups (16U, 17U), the top talent in the Mid-Atlantic region to compete for spots on the USA National teams.
The Mid-Atlantic Region consists of Six (6) states including: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi
Please be sure to bring water and/or Powerade in case the facility does not have water in the dug out.
Please bring a copy of your birth certificate
Detailed Camp Description
The Mid-Atlantic NTIS Team selection process will consist of two stages. The first stage consists of attending one of the local camps presented at a cost of $149. This camp is designed to provide you with all of the benefits outlined below including game play.
A minimum of 7 players from each of the Stage 1 individual camps will be invited to Stage 2 Camp in Charlotte on July 24th-25th. Round 2 participants will have a $50 fee (payable only by players selected from Level 1).
A minimum of 15 players will be selected for Team Mid-Atlantic at each age group from this stage two events. These players will have a $200 uniform fee to participate with the team in Cary, NC.
Up to 3 players at each age group may be selected to participate based on NTIS Director and committee selection (fee still required).
Players may be selected based on performance at:
-Major showcase events at which director is present
-Individual scouting events and/or collegiate coaches recommendation
-Previous Mid-Atlantic Team experience

• 2012 17U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 1995, for the 2013 18U NT
• 2012 16U NTIS: born on or after Jan. 1, 1996, for the 2013 17U NTDP

09:00am-09:15am: Intro/Agenda
09:15am-09:45am: Stretch/60/30 yard dash
09:45am-10:20am: Position Station(Instructional element)

10:20am-10:30am: Throw to get loose
10:30am-10:45am: OF's throw/eval/INF Batting Cage
10:45am-11:00am: C's Block/pop/OF Batting Cage
11:00am-11:20am: INF's Field/Throw/C's Batting Cage
11:20am-12:00pm: Pitcher BP (12 pitches-radar and eval)
12:00pm-01:00 pm: Break for lunch
01:00pm-06:00pm: Break into 4 teams (Rotational Scrimmage and Game Instruction-Live Pitching dependent on amount of arms-switch to simulated when arms done)
Players will receive the following when upon check in:
Membership in USA Baseball
Camp Shirt
Pro-style workout
Scrimmage and situational game play
Name on USA Baseball website
Players should bring the following gear to participate:
* White or Grey Pants
* Belt & Socks
* Baseball Spikes
* Glove
* Batting Helmet
* Baseball Bat
* Protective Cup
* Catchers should bring their own catching gear

Miscellaneous Information
Official Cancellation Policy for all USA Baseball NTIS events:
Cancellations up to 8 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. No exceptions will be made. The participating player or team will receive their refund within 30 days of the time of cancellation.
Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the event will forfeit the entire registration fee. No exceptions will be made.
