The Summer Pitcher Bootcamp at The Sandlot will give them the tools and training they need to go deep in games with amazing success.

Designed specifically for youth pitchers, the Bootcamp offers a small-group setting of only 16 players in each session. This type of one-on-one instruction and training is not available anywhere else in the St. Louis area. Why not give your player this amazing opportunity?

Detailed Camp Description

For only $199, the Bootcamp will include 3 days of all of the following:

How to train and workout for optimal performance
Arm care routine instruction
Staples of efficient delivery coaching
A Level 1 video review and analysis of your pitcher's performance
Functional screening and performance testing
A walk-through of our Zenolink performance analysis system
The Sandlot's drill work plan for hip engagement and more
Arm speed program
Throwing program
Bullpen routines and command training

Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection".

We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date.

Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer will be provided during camp. In the event of an emergency the EMS will be called.

Camp Hotel / Dorm Information

This is day camp only. No overnight option available.

Airport Pickup / Dropoff Information

All Campers will be responsible for their own transportation to and from camp daily.
